This project explored mentally challenged people who suffer from loneliness. 

The concept for this project is called 'Hyggesnakken', a telephone hotline where mentally challenged people can call and talk to others like themselves when they feel lonely and need someone to talk with.

The volunteers who man the hotline at a call center are supervised by pedagogues.

RESULTS

Three prototypes concretizing how the different types of users interact with the system:

1) A script illustrating the welcome message which callers receive when calling in

2) An interactive digital prototype - A tablet app meant to be used by volunteers

3) An interactive digital prototype - A smartphone app meant to be used for pedagogues for supervising
